CONSTRUCTION

Over the last couple months, Nelson Construction has been working on earthwork and site utilities at Pinnacle Prairie Senior Living. In the 4th quarter contractors have been grading and have started to import soil where needed. The building pad has also been finished and pasted inspections. The sanitary sewer utility has been installed and completed. The existing hydrant has also been relocated and 350LF of watermain have been installed. With the mild weather during the 4th quarter, the contractor was able to get more than expected work completed.
