CONSTRUCTION

We are currently in the process of bidding on our Pinnacle Prairie Senior Living community. Earthwork and site utility contracts have been awarded, and we are planning on a November 1st start date. In Q4, grading will be completed, and site utilities will be underway. The project bid proposals will be reviewed in the process of selecting contractors and issuing contracts.
