Glenbrook/Bettendorf – Nelson Construction & Development

1st Floor Assisted Living corridor and unit bathrooms paint will be complete this week, which will open up work for corridor ACT grid and cabinets in the unit bathrooms.
In commons building 3rd floor we currently have the floor getting primed and ready for paint. We will move into installing the decorative millwork once the floor gets painted. There is a possibility to install millwork before paint and covering it to avoid overspray.
2nd floor commons is currently getting sanded and will be primed mid this week and ready for paint and millwork the following week.
We are installing the duct work and fire sprinkler work in memory care commons area which will be followed up by drywall framing and ready for cover inspections for secondary lids.
ACT grid is installed on 2nd and 3rd floor AL building corridors and is currently in process of getting lights installed.
Carpet on 3rd floor is complete and final punch work is progressing this week.

We have exterior landscaping work continuing this week with exterior structures (Pergolas) starting today at the courtyard. Sod is complete on the hill side and will continue on the east and west side tomorrow, 12/21/2021.
We have started secondary lids and corridor drywall in section A2 of memory care and are planning to call inspections for section A1 this week so we can keep continuing with drywall in memory care units.
Building B 3rd floor is currently getting drywall finished and ready for paint so we can start finishes in two weeks. Drywall finishers will move down to 2nd floor and make their way down to 1st floor B.
Building C 3rd floor is reaching towards the finish, we have carpet forecasted to complete in units by mid week, 12/22. Corridor trim is 95% complete and we are moving down to 2nd floor corridor this week.
Building C 1st floor corridors are getting painted currently along with the unit bathrooms. Once we have bathrooms painted we will continue installing cabinets and get ready for countertops and plumbing hookups.
Building C 2nd floor bathrooms paint completed last week and we have cabinets currently getting installed and ready for countertop measurements this week.
Lastly, we are currently working on getting stairways ready for cover inspections and will call it in today.

Commons building is getting framed soffits completed. MEP rough-in is near complete and getting ready for drywall at soffits.
MC Building is getting painted and flooring in units.
Commons portion of MC is being drywall finished and framed. Soffits are being built.
Exterior landscaping is moving along steadily with continued installation of shrub and tree plantings. Getting ready for sod and seed installation this upcoming week.

Moving through inspections and are waiting on a couple more to finish out some areas in prep for drywall install.
MEP trades are moving along well in all areas and wall coverings and painting is following closely.
We are working on getting landscaping completed yet this year and parking lot striping is going in this weekend on part of the lot.
We are getting ready to start install of public area casework and continue on our revised countertop installs.
