Nelson Construction was pleased today to take part in the ribbon cutting for the Baker Creek Senior Living community. This project brought together a truly professional and talented team of developers, architects, and stakeholders like Anawim Housing, MHEG, and the Baker Group to produce modern, safe, and affordable senior housing on the east side of Des Moines. This senior housing development is ready for its first tenants to move in to its 33 two-bedroom apartments on September 1st.
