CONSTRUCTION

Construction continues to progress on schedule with the good weather we’ve had over the last several months. The exterior roof, siding, and stone have been installed, and construction is currently finalizing exterior painting. Inside, the drywall hanging, and finish work continue throughout the building. In the three-story assisted living area, two
of the three wings are finished and painted, or currently being painted. The commons areas have been finished with drywall and fire tape, and bulkheads are being installed before finish tape. MEP rough-in work continues in this area. In memory care, they are starting to hang drywall and fire tape for HVAC equipment. In the areas of the assisted living wing where the paint has been completed, installation of cabinets, countertops, and flooring has begun.

By the end of the year, landscaping, irrigation, and paving will be completed. We will continue and finish the assisted living wing inside. Hanging drywall and finish tape will continue in the commons and memory care. Paint, flooring, and millwork will be started in the commons and memory care by the end of the year.
