The Holland Farms sales team continues to gain momentum and is consistently hitting marketing and sales goals leading to a significant increase in sales and occupancy in Q3. As of the end of Q3, Holland Farms achieved an occupancy of 38% with 48 people calling Holland Farms home and another three units reserved. In September, Holland Farms achieved its highest sales month to date with 7 sales. As a direct result of increased sales and occupancy, Holland Farms has seen a gross revenue increase from $25,000 in May to $162,000 in September.
A successful Grand Opening event was held in August with over 175 people in attendance. Our marketing tactics continue to drive great traffic, with 145 leads in Q3 interested in the community – exceeding our goal. Outreach and referral relations continue to be prioritized with a focus on hospital personnel and discharge planners, social workers, and other independent 55+ senior communities.
