SALES AND MARKETING
Holland Farms is outpacing our leasing target with 29 sales in Q2’2021. 23 of those 29 sales were moved in to the community as of the end of June which put us at 22% occupancy. Our next goal is to reach 50% occupied by the end of September 2021. Referral agencies have recently surpassed our signage as the main lead source driver and our marketing outreach and community awareness continues to expand. With the large volume of leads coming in, the community brought on a Marketing Assistant to help our Marketer with new prospect management and boost our sales velocity.
OPERATIONS
Community staffing is at desired levels given the current occupancy and we will continue to grow our team as new move-ins continue. Resident feedback on the food menu has been overwhelmingly positive and our Director of Culinary Services has been working closely with the new residents to cater the menu to their wants and preferences.
