Nelson Construction & Development completed this $30.5 million project in Tempe, Arizona. The Vue on Apache is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development consisting of energized urban commercial space and modern, high-end student-oriented private apartments. It encompasses approximately 132 apartment units, 4,500 square feet of commercial/retail space, and ample parking at approximately 250 stalls.
The student-oriented apartments respond in style and finish to the overall design concept of a European, modern design with clean lines, natural materials, and sophistication of detailing. The apartments are organized above a three-level elevated parking structure with a component of street level, commercial space.
