Nelson Construction & Development completed this 90,000 square foot multi- tenant office facility in nine months. Several civil engineering challenges were overcome on this project. A severely sloping lot, storm water detention, and unavailability of existing utilities provided huge challenges which our team found solutions for. Special needs of the North Shore I project consisted of step down construction, data center, indirect lighting, and raised computer flooring throughout the building.
