Nelson was highlighted for 
Miesblock and Rowat Lofts, two dynamic projects currently under construction, by the Des Moines Register as “10 things to look out for in downtown Des Moines in 2019”. Nelson is excited to continue to change downtown through innovative design and efficiency with the Miesblock skywalk node and office building, and are thrilled to expand into the neighborhood of Drake University through the Home2 Suites and retail mixed-use building. This list of great projects is sure to transform Des Moines and Nelson is proud to continue to play our part in that urban renaissance.
