OPERATIONS

The Residence Inn in downtown Omaha had great overall performance in Q3’21. The hotel team was able to beat their budgeted room revenue by 19% and GOP by 45%. This success has led to beating budgeted revenue YTD
by $300,000 and additional expense savings has led to us beating YTD GOP goals by $400,000. Our strong group business has been the reliable source of income since April 2021 through July 2021.

We have also been successful with our long term stay opportunities with Union Pacific employees and partners being the main driver, along with temporary housing and government based business. Our operations team has been focused on increasing sales while coming out of COVID, while maintaining a great level of service, which has led to us ranking #2 on TripAdvisor and improved guest satisfaction scores.
