OPERATIONS

As of the end of Q3’21, CR Countryhouse has experienced a tremendous increase in occupancy. As of March 2021
our occupancy was 46% and as of the end of September 2021 we are now at 85% occupied. Due to this increase in demand, we have also been able to increase our average gross revenue from Q2’21 to Q3’21 by 56%. In total, we have 33 residents living in our community and an additional 3 units have been reserved for future move-ins. New resident traffic has been robust and we expect to reach a fully stabilized occupancy by year end 2021.
