The development will consist of 126 apartment homes for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, offering premium unit sizes and finishes not already found in the market, as well as our popular Carefree Living option where residents can live completely independently or choose to add any or all of our services ala carte.
Nelson will be raising up to $11MM in limited partner preferred equity.
All investments earn a 14% annual return with half (7%) paid current each quarter. Investments of $1MM or more (Class Prime) will be paid in a preferred position and will also receive an additional 10% of their initial investment when their principal is returned.
All unpaid returns, along with the principal investment, will be returned at the sale or refinance of the property estimated to occur within 3 to 5 years.
Prairie Trail is a New Urbanist community composed of pedestrian friendly residential neighborhoods, new mixed use Town Center, and two office parks.
