Nelson Construction is the general contractor.
A sitework and foundation bid package will be issued for bid on July 15, 2022.
All remaining trades will be issued for bid on August 12, 2022.
If you perform more than one scope of work, please select all divisions that apply, on the form.
The scope is approximately 130,853 sf and 120 units of assisted living and memory care.
The project has completed the schematic design phase and is progressing into construction documents. Construction is anticipated to start in September 2022.
