  • Nelson Construction is the general contractor.
  • A sitework and foundation bid package will be issued for bid on May 31, 2022.
  • All remaining trades will be issued for bid on June 24, 2022.
  • If you perform more than one scope of work, please select all divisions that apply, on the form.
  • The scope is approximately 140,930sf and 126 units of assisted living and memory care.
  • Construction is anticipated to start in July 2022.
