Bici Flats was highlighted in the Urban Land Institutes Publication of Active Transportation and Real Estate for its bicycle-friendly amenities and access to urban infrastructure through bike trails.
Nelson is continually motivated by solving problems for community members and residents, and looks forward to learning from the resident’s responses to amenities at Bici Flats and applying those thoughts to future projects.
With a large quantity of residents in downtown Des Moines being “urban active”, Bici Flats allows residents direct access to bicycle-friendly amenities and direct connections to downtown and another nearby recreational areas.
