May 6, 2011 – Mike Nelson, of Nelson Construction, was featured in the Business Record publication today, regarding the success of the AP Lofts’ “Live/Work Contest” and the move-in of the first commercial tenant to the space. AP Lofts was built by Nelson Construction and is a shining example of historic re-use in the City of Des Moines.
