June 24, 2011 – The Des Moines Business Record reported this week that the City of Des Moines has recognized Nelson Development for their work in historic preservation of the Hawkeye Transfer Building. Nelson Construction is proud of the work involved in transforming the warehouse into a modern loft building known as AP Lofts. We are very grateful to all those that supported us in this project and look forward to contributing to future projects in downtown Des Moines’ renaissance.
