Nelson is excited to have multiple projects on a the Des Moines Register’s Notable List of developments for 2017, and begin to shift development from downtown and into the neighborhoods. The Miesblock Node and office space is located on Seventh and Grand, and the Home2 Suites Hilton and mixed-use is located on 26th and University. Both were mentioned alongside other innovative developments in the area. Nelson is honored to be mentioned alongside some of the other developments that are bringing change to Greater Des Moines.
