Turner Park Lofts

In 2007 Troy Strawhecker hired a market study for luxury/market rate apartments in the CBD of Omaha for development called “The Brandeis Building.” This study was a requirement of the New Markets Tax Credit program. His team felt strongly that the apartments were the appropriate product type, and this study simply verified it. What was discovered was the large disconnect between market rate apartment supply and demand in downtown/Mid-Town Omaha. It was determined after reading the study that an additional project would be worthwhile.
